This is an excellent recipe; it is not difficult to make, especially if you use your favorite store-bought pie crust. I used Pillsbury. I downloaded the recipe from Taste of Home. There is a link to the recipe under the picture.
What I enjoyed about it was that it was very cheesy rather than stiff with too many eggs. It came out light and rich. It would make a great addition to a brunch. We had it with salad, mandarin oranges and light rye bread. Yum.
